I found someone selling some halloween items, so i thought hmm, 400 gold for a squash serum, might as well have a laugh.

So when I went to use it, the pumpkin slowly faded half in and glowed then just disappeared. Kinda weird since i've seen others about with pumpkins after halloween. infact I saw 2 about 20 mins later.

anyone got any ideas as to why?

those were the pumpkin helmets.

they take runes as well but the stats are ..........

Squash Serum creates a short-term, translucent pumpkin on your head, that only lasts a few seconds. The other pumpkins you were seeing were the permanent pumpkin helmets that the Mad King gave out as party favors when he appeared during Halloween. They have no stats and are personalized for the user (so can't be sold or traded), but will presumably last forever.

If you take a bunch of Squash Serum at once the punkin will glow a bright white. =) I would post a pic but I dont want to waste my serum.
